PRIME Serious Steak Venice

What a delightful time we had at Prime Steakhouse in Venice last night. It was my birthday and Krissy, our waitress, made it so special. From her educational description of the specials (complete with pictures) to her providing everything we needed and anticipating everything we wanted , it was such a fun night. She even gifted me with a birthday surprise! We can't wait to return and will definitely bring lots of friends. Krissy is a gem and deserves a raise!

If I were the owners of a fine steakhouse, I would want to hire 10 Krissy’s! She is definitely a skilled professional in the culinary arts! She made the Valentine’s Day dining experience so memorable for us. Her culinary expertise and overall intuitive pleasantly genuine personality made our dining experience a real “treat!” She was exactly intuitive about suggesting the perfect wine to compliment the meal and she was right on target. She is the perfect person to introduce anyone to the luxurious dining experience. She is so knowledgeable about the menu choices and uses her innate skill and ability to effectively communicate and share with customers who are anticipating a great meal choice. She knows the food business like few others and the owners of Prime steakhouse should consider themselves very lucky to count her as a valued member of their team. We probably would not have stayed had it not been for her. We are glad we did, as we had the best steak meal ever since we’ve been living here in Venice. Kudos to Krissy for her presentation and gregarious personality! Very smart girl and very good… extremely good food and service!!!
